Gratitude & Reflection

Inspired by our work with our Exploring Paths® Program in NYC, Exploring Paths™ Publishing brings a set of proven gratitude and reflection workbooks and curricula for youth and adults to be used at home or in school.

Some journals rely on frills and variation; however, ours sticks to simplicity and repetition and does so for a reason. Forming a new habit or skill can take anywhere from 18 to 254 days, with 66 days being the average, and the only way to develop these new habits or skills is through constant & consistent repetition. Our journal provides you with the framework to achieve this through an initial 30-Day Challenge.

Participants will fill out their own bio, complete the vision board, and then jump into 30 days of worksheets specifically designed to train your brain to seek out opportunities and form a lasting habit that promotes health, wellness, success, and so much more.

Gratitude, goal-setting, and visioning are integral components of a growth mindset, happiness, and success and are the components our mentorship program was built on. Our books and workbooks combine these components to guide you and yours in reaching new heights with happiness and developing the neural pathways needed for a growth mindset and success.
