Workbook Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Exploring Paths Publishing for your educational needs. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to return a workbook. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth process.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

Workbooks are eligible for return within 30 from the date of purchase.

The workbook must be in its original, unused, and unmarked condition.

Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at team@exploringpathspublishing.com

Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.

Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure your workbook reaches us safely.

4. Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned workbook and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 5-10 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

5. Exceptions:

We do not accept returns on bulk orders and curriculum.

We do not accept returns for workbooks that have been marked in, written in, or otherwise used.

Digital or downloadable workbooks are not eligible for returns due to the nature of the product.

6. Damaged or Defective Workbooks:

If you receive a damaged or defective workbook, please contact our customer service team within 10 Days of receiving the product.

We may require photos or other evidence of the damage/defect to process your request efficiently.

We will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective workbook at no cost to you.

7. Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges for workbooks. If you wish to exchange a workbook for a different one, please follow the return process and place a new order.

8. Cancellations:

If you need to cancel an order for a workbook, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and process a refund.

If the order has already been shipped, you may need to follow the standard return process upon receiving the workbook.
